About KapsuleART
KapsuleArt is an experimental and creative expression
of femininity.
Audrey is a self taught artist from France who has
been in the UK for the past 9 years. She explores her painting style
using various mediums, more specifically acrylic paint and pastels
associated with different textures (from heavy paste and sandy to high
gloss epoxy). Sizes vary from 30x30cm to 100x100cm.
5 years ago, Audrey started
learning from Jackie Giron,
a fantastic porcelain ceramist who gives lessons at ArtSway in
the New Forest. Jackie is an excellent mentor and has supported her to
achieve all of the goals she set herself.
Now working from a shared studio in London (TurningEarth), Audrey throws stoneware and porcelain bowls, mugs, teapots and
plates. She enjoys to imprint textures in clay using textiles and
stamps, and especially likes using lace.
Audrey has been able to express her passion for the
ocean and loves making hand-built fish and sea urchins.
